Apparently, the staff of National Petroleum (the company that supplies said gas to the nation) walked off the job today, just over a week before Christmas. The lines at the stations are already snaking, leaving me chuckling at the irony of the situation – in a country with such abundant oil and natural gas resources, should we really be in this position?
